• Current resume
• High school transcripts or GED with minimum 2.5 GPA
• Attendance records from high school and technical center (if applicable)
• Three letters of recommendation (personal, work-related, and school-related)
• 300-word essay stating career goals

College Sponsorship Program

Through a partnership with Caterpillar, Michigan CAT provides training and education for aspiring Service Technicians through the Think BIG College Sponsorship Program. Service Technicians are currently in high demand and the College Sponsorship Program is an excellent opportunity to gain the skills needed to enter this exciting field!

A select group of students are chosen each year to participate in this program.
